Posted Record of Inflation in the Eurozone

Inflation in the Eurozone reached a new record of 4.1% per annum in July, although the world economic situation could lead to the European Central Bank decided to keep interest rates unchanged.

According to Eurostat, the price increase within this zone 15 countries accelerated in recent times, largely surpassing estimates of the Central Bank of only 2% per annum.

As has happened in recent months, inflation currently is at the highest point since it began to take action in the European Union eleven years ago.

Although the record is troubling we can not say that it is a surprise considering that many analysts had announced that inflation reached 4.1% in June affected by energy prices and food.
